Landorr was responsible for constructing this new residential building in NYC’s fashionable downtown. One of the few to be built in SoHo since it was designated a historic district in 1973, this construction required approvals by both the LPC and BAS. Built as a ‘bookend’ to the entire city block, it features generous apartment layouts and floor to ceiling windows.
