Landorr is proud of this iconic high-rise hotel in Midtown Manhattan. We were responsible for site assemblage, fee development, and construction management for this new $300 million mixed use development of a 647-room hotel. Completed in April 2016.

 

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Complex site acquisition and assemblage of five abutting sites, adjoining air rights including purchasing development rights from the City of New York overseeing the Urban Land Use Review Process

  • Manage lease terminations and vacate and demolish existing buildings

  • Develop and file plans for a mixed-use hotel and retail development incorporating clients in-house design

  • HPD district specific Certificates of Non-Harassments for various sites and settle the penalty for one of the sites

 

SPECIAL INTERESTS

  • Complex development of four separate buildings to function as one hotel with annex buildings servicing the hotel; each building permit was filed as a separate DOB application and granted its own Certificate of Occupancy
