Landorr is proud of this iconic high-rise hotel in Midtown Manhattan. We were responsible for site assemblage, fee development, and construction management for this new $300 million mixed use development of a 647-room hotel. Completed in April 2016.
Complex site acquisition and assemblage of five abutting sites, adjoining air rights including purchasing development rights from the City of New York overseeing the Urban Land Use Review Process
Manage lease terminations and vacate and demolish existing buildings
Develop and file plans for a mixed-use hotel and retail development incorporating clients in-house design
HPD district specific Certificates of Non-Harassments for various sites and settle the penalty for one of the sites
Complex development of four separate buildings to function as one hotel with annex buildings servicing the hotel; each building permit was filed as a separate DOB application and granted its own Certificate of Occupancy
Landorr provided all the development and construction management services to finish the project.
