Partner, Design & Development
William Fegan is a true renaissance man. A licensed architect, William has been practicing in the New York City area for more than 30 years. His designs famously combine form and function with the existing environment to spectacular effect. His plans have been built around the world, winning international awards, including best building of 2017 in Poland.
But more than a design architect, Williams leads is site design concept, capital raising, development and investment for each project. He is an expert on New York City zoning regulations, city planning procedures, special permits and variances. His clients extol his feasibility skill in the New York Real Estate market. William is known throughout the industry as a man with a vision – who can get things done.
In his spare time, William prefers to be out sailing, navigating the open waters of Long Island Sound and beyond, instead of the New York City “air rights” and the regulations of Manhattan.
